Описание: Determination of task. In the transition to a market economy characteristic of the agricultural sector has been the development of integration - the evolutionary mechanism of management, which is based on maximizing profits by combining separate parts of a single production process. A characteristic trend in recent years is the consolidation of farms, creation of integrated units engaged in production of partial or complete processing and sale. By getting funds and the use of modern technologies of production, integrated agricultural companies occupy a growing role in the agricultural sector production, thus creating significant export potential. Economic space is only for businesses when geography distribution of productive forces, the sectoral structure of investments and sales constitute a single system. Promoting integrated domestic companies is accompanied with the interaction of social infrastructure and the environment. Results of research. For the agricultural sector, integration associations, especially now, are important since they promote the entry into a global economic system, accelerate the achievement of the required level of competitiveness. Ukraine, for the past 10 years, experienced a capitalization of farms, there was a significant number of integrated producers, the average size of above 50 thousand hectares. A characteristic trend is to expand the scope and areas. By attracting financial resources and modern technology integrated structure able to achieve significant business results. The economic feasibility of integrated units provides general economic purpose of their creation and a number of mechanisms mainly rental, regarding its achievement. Thus, the process of passing the integration linkages rather complex, along with the benefits of a specific threat and requires continuous improvement. The results show that a number of companies for various reasons, in part or in its first year did not start production activities on the leased lands. Characteristic of integrated units is introducing monoculture and non-scientifically based standards of doing business. Much of the investors pay taxes to the budgets of local communities in the place of its state registration, which leads to a reduction in revenue in local budgets. We have numerous violations agronomic requirements of growing corn, soybeans, canola, as monoculture, sunflower violation of returning to their previous earlier deadlines. Conclusions. Intersectoral integration is targeted onto their new formation through a combination of interests, strengthening industrial relations and relations between different areas. Direct its members are agricultural and industrial enterprises, which provide processes of production and processing, indirect - institutions that perform support and service functions. As a result of their interaction generated additional synergistic effect on economic activity. However, the large number of controlled production units lead to the emergence of a number of specific problems. The presence of a significant number of integrated units of both positive and negative features creates the need to develop the legal framework of structures in agricultural business in order to increase their positive benefits and minimize the negative effects of operation. In addition, it is important to consider the need to develop measures to avoid or mitigate the objective of failure of integrated units in rural areas, as a mass release of labor from agricultural areas.
