Соціально-економічні основи створення екопоселень як моделі розвитку суспільства

Abstract

Розкрито сутність та особливості розвитку як категорії. Дана оцінка специфічним рисам сільського розвитку. Досліджено системні зрушення в світовому соціально-економічному розвитку сільських територій як основі побудови альтернативного суспільства і напряму вирішення глобальних проблем людства. Визначена роль родових поселень як механізмів відродження свідомого спільного проживання роду, відновлення національних цінностей та формування простору любові в сільській місцевості.

Раскрыта сущность и особенности развития как категории. Дана оценка специфическим чертам сельского развития. Исследованы системные сдвиги в мировом социально-экономическом развитии сельских территорий как основе построения альтернативного общества и направления решения глобальных проблем человечества. Определенная роль родовых поселений как механизмов возрождения сознательного совместного проживания рода, восстановление национальных ценностей и формирования пространства любви в сельской местности.

Dissatisfaction of some individuals, families, people with the state of their own well-being and the living conditions, exacerbation of the world socio-economic crisis and aggravation of global problems of humanity at the moment require to find the way out of the present situation. The research aim is to discover the gnoseological approaches to creation and functioning of alternative settlements and especially those formed on the basis of family combination (Family homesteads) and to ground the perspective directions of rural development in Ukraine on this basis. The essence and specifics of development as category are explored in the article. The estimation of the specifics of rural development is given. System changes in the world socio-economic development of rural areas as a basis for the construction of alternative society and as a direction for the solution of humanity global problems are investigated. The certain role of family settlements as mechanisms of the conscious general family residence revival, the national values renewal and the creation of love space in the rural area is defined. The aims and the priorities of the organized ecological settlements are estimated, their primary tasks, reasons and motivational factors of their appearance and the mechanism of ensuring vital activity conditions on the basis of the family mode and noosphere approaches in koosphere education are enlightened. The organization of the Family settlements as dynamic socio-economic and ecological systems is the basis for providing the sustainable rural development, in particular in the context of revival of still vanishing and already disappeared villages of Ukraine. The inhabitants of the Family settlements form the basis of social-economic and ecological development of the country together with the government authorities and this is the real resource of prosperity and well-being of our nation in a long-term prospect. The comparative assessment of the existing alternative settlements in Ukraine and in the world is also made and considered in the article. The directions of overcoming the main problems of development are set forth.
