| Аннотация: | Визначено, що основними напрямами активізації інноваційної діяльності у кормовиробництві є створення організаційних форм управління інноваційними проектами у галузі, які відповідають специфіці діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства. Запропоновано загальні підходи до управління діяльністю у кормовиробництві, яка зосереджена на інноваційній складовій економічного зростання галузі. |
| Описание: | Question increasing innovation activity feed is one of the mos t urgent at the present stage of development of the agricultural sector, since innovation is the foundation for increasing the production of high-quality forage. However, the fact that fodder yield in innovation does not allow it to provide a high and sustainable economic development. These problems are caused by the imperfection of the methodological tools of innovation activity in forage production. The study determined that the implementation of innovations in feed production process is subject to the conditions of effective and fruitful interaction between all participants and performers provided by structuring their rights, duties and responsibilities within the innovation project and the coordination of their current duties within the existing management structure of agricultural enterprises. Singled out options such organizational and structural problem solving management of innovation projects in forage: linear programming form, coordination and project management target. The existence of different organizational forms of management innovation in forage allows you to select the one that corresponds to the specific activity of the enterprise, the scale and type of project and the abil ity to use tried and tested form of undertaking structural interaction between the branches and levels of government. Proved that the priorities enhance innovation in fodder farms which would increase the efficiency of the industry, shoul d be considered: market research and food resources, the implementation of a comprehensive analysis of the cost of feed
production, forecasting production volumes and sales of feed, evaluating the effectiveness of an innovative project in forage production, risk analysis, determination methods of minimizing and insurance. |
