| Аннотация: | Досліджено сучасний стан розвитку сільськогосподарського виробництва в аграрному секторі економіки. Встановлено, що важливою ознакою розвитку вітчизняної економіки є швидко прогресуюча
інтеграція, яка проникає у різні аспекти сучасного життя. В умовах глобалізації аграрних ринків та зростаючого попиту на продукти харчування у світі і в сільському господарстві України розпочалися процеси концентрації капіталу та формування на цій основі інтегрованих структур, ініціаторами створення яких є переробні
підприємства, які інвестують значні кошти у сільське господарство. Проаналізовано діяльність інтегрованих
формувань у сільському господарстві Житомирської області. Розглянуто можливості реалізації інвестиційних
проектів в аграрному секторі економіки у контексті стратегії розвитку інтегрованого виробництва. |
| Описание: | Introduction. The agricultural sector of Ukraine with its basic components, agriculture is the backbone of the
national economy, ensures the preservation of the sovereignty of the state food and largely economic, environmental,
and energy security of the state, providing social development of rural areas. Ukrainian agrarian sector of production
capacity that far exceeds domestic demand, there is a link, which at this stage can become a locomotive for national
economic development, to give impetus to investment, technological and social recovery state. A prerequisite for this is
the realization of investment projects in order to increase the competitiveness of the domestic economy.
Results. In the process of deepening social division of labor, agriculture alone can not provide conditions of
its own reproduction and requires a systematic development. A characteristic trend in recent years is the consolidation
of farms, the creation of integrated units engaged in production of a partial or complete processing and sale. By getting
funds and the use of modern technologies of integrated agricultural enterprises increasingly occupy a niche in the agricultural
production sector, while creating significant export potential. Integrated agricultural forming and operating in
the territory of the Zhytomyr region. Analysis of development in agriculture Zhytomyr Oblast in 2013 suggests that over
45 % of arable land is handled through investment funds involved in integrated farms.
Conclusions. Our studies have shown that significant investment in integrated production explains the benefits
of integrated structures, namely in management – attracting experienced professionals, in the field of finance – soft
loans and grants to attract private investment, in the production – the efficient use of resources, with broad units, greater
maneuverability equity, rationalization of the use of resources, intensification and diversification of production, in
the field of sales – the possibility of forming large volume party access to export deliveries of products.
In integrated undertakings established a system of forming a sustainable competitive advantage and competitiveness
from complex investments in the manufacturing sector. This approach makes it possible to combine the effectiveness
of innovative economic activity of agricultural enterprises and encourages employees to obtain new knowledge
and competence, and thus serves to achieve the strategic goals of the company. Most investments are involved in crop
production, which is associated with significant exports of grains and oilseeds. |
